Welcome to our site for bulk, raw Lepidolite, Aventurine and other specimens for purchase, please note that we sell in very large quantities if desired or individual pieces. Depending on availability, we will list pieces or "lots" small enough to be held in the hand, all the way up to one ton. Please see the photo pages for descriptions and pricing! The majority of Lepidolite found today ranges in colors between white and a soft lavender, I've had the good fortune to find some smaller deposits of pink and dark purple, these deposits sell for a higher price than what is the norm in color because of it's beauty and rareness and I have also found some deposits of green and black, both are extremely rare and we're holding on to the majority of these pieces until we see if there is more to be found. For the true collector, I will sell only small quantities of the green and black specimens, but at a very premium price, due to it's rarity. Lepidolite (KLi2Al(Al,Si)3O10(F,OH)2) is a phyllosilicate mineral of the mica group that is a secondary source of lithium. It is associated with other lithium-bearing minerals like spodumene in pegmatite bodies. It is one of the major sources of the rare alkali metals, rubidium and caesium.Lepidolite is a potassium, lithium, aluminum fluorsilicate mica mineral with a hardness of 2.5 to 4.

When combined with rubellite (pink tourmaline) it is an extraordinarily powerful agent for calming and healing, especially in the emotional areas.
